StreamFlow does not include any channels or content. On the home screen tap +, then either paste an M3U playlist URL or connect an Xtream Codes server (server URL, username, password) from your own IPTV provider.
Nothing plays / a stream shows an error
This usually means your IPTV provider rejected the request. Check that your subscription is active, that you haven't exceeded its device/connection limit, and that the server URL, username, and password are correct. Streams are served by your provider, not by StreamFlow.
Can I watch in portrait and landscape?
Yes. Use the rotate button in the player and on the home screen. It works even if your phone's rotation lock is on.

How does pricing work?
StreamFlow starts with a 7‑day free trial. Unlock everything permanently with a single one‑time purchase — there is no subscription.
I bought Pro but it isn't showing
Open Settings → StreamFlow Pro and tap Restore Previous Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Privacy
Your content stays private. Playlists, IPTV credentials, favorites, and viewing history are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.
To run the free trial and the one‑time purchase, the app sends a randomly generated device identifier and your purchase status to our licensing service and to RevenueCat (which processes App Store purchases). This is not linked to your name, email, or any account, is never used for advertising or tracking, and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes. StreamFlow has no analytics and no ads. Streaming requests go only to the IPTV providers and program‑guide sources you add yourself.
StreamFlow is a media player only. It does not provide, host, distribute, or sell any channels, movies, series, or other content, and it ships with no playlists. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access the content you load. All trademarks, logos, and channel names belong to their respective owners.
